His college coaches talk highly of his work ethic. I want this kid on my team. He understands his role on the field, and how it fits in with what everyone else is doing. Amazing strength given his young age. This kid can bench press a minibus. Great blocking skills. He has that tenacity, and will be blowing guys of the line. Excels in the passing game. Head and shoulders above most kids coming out. Nothing to think about here. Pick up the kid, bring him into the building, put him om the field.

Knows what it takes to achieve success at any level. This kid breeds synergy, teams play better when he is on the field. With this guy on the team, they will have to buy extra weights. He is just that strong. A tenacious blocker in the running game. He will open lanes. Needless to say this appeals to a lot of teams. This young man is already an excellent pass blocker. Ability to protect the QB that certainly draws the attention of coaches. Do not be afraid to draft a position of need here. This kid is well worthy of a pick this early. Perfect situation for him, and great fit for the team.

Pick 2: Richmond Flames
Larry Moore: Harvey Cullen - TE
A leader on the field and in the locker room. I want this kid on my team. He understands his role on the field, and how it fits in with what everyone else is doing. Just throw the ball in his direction, he will come down with it. Good speed for a Tight End. Will do well in the passing game. This is a guy who is not afraid to block. Fans might not be on board with what can be framed as a need pick. But trust me once they see this kid play, they will be more than happy.

Jim Nox: Harvey Cullen - TE
A leader on the field and in the locker room. Football is a team sport, and he knows it. He will contend for any throw in his vicinity. This kid will use his speed to create separation on most plays. Defenses will need to keep tabs on him. This is a guy who is not afraid to block. He fills a hole at the position. Blue-chip player. Will fit right in and start right away. Love it.

Pick 3: Easton Bald Eagles
Larry Moore: Cal Hilsonbeck - DE
His college coaches talk highly of his work ethic. Teams are looking for players who will not break contain. This young man is strong enough to stay on his feet against grown men on the offensive line. Elite speed for a Defensive End. This guy will be a terror coming off the edge. Hits ballcarriers low, taking no chances. Fans, coaches, and teammates alike will be ecstatic to get him on the team. He fits what they need, he is such a great talent. Everything lines up.

Jim Nox: Cal Hilsonbeck - DE
This kid is not afraid to work hard. He brings nice strength to the table. This is important because often his role will to keep contain. You cannot do that if you are on your back. Great first step. Defensive Ends with this speed tend to go high. The obvious reason is that teams love to get this kind of immediate pressure off the edge. This is a kid who tackles well. They need him now. Well yesterday actually. They will love him tomorrow. They will revere him by the end of his career.

Pick 4: Grand Rapids Dragons
Larry Moore: Cassandra Vachon - WR
In addition to his own role, this kid doubles as glue. He makes everyone on the field play as a team. Will occasionally impress you by coming down with throws others would not catch. Sufficient speed to run deep routes, and enough to make him tough to catch if you lose sight of him. Great balance and body control. Fill the need with a quality player. Best case scenario here.

Jim Nox: Preston Alexander - WR
Known among his teammates as a hard worker. He helps everyone get in the right position, making the team run as a well oiled machine. Sportsmanship, love of the sport and respect, is what you get with him. Has the ability to contend for the ball even in tight coverage. Elite speed. Speed kills. Coaches love speed. Fans love speed. Opponents hate speed. He is sharp, and that makes him very coachable. Once this kid gets in the building, they will be set at this position for years.

Pick 5: California Demons
Larry Moore: Elias Teodoro - DT
Raised to know the value of hard work. What you get with this kid, is a guy who understands that this is a team sport. Can maintain his leverage and shed blocks. Not incredibly strong, but enough power that he rarely ends up on his back. He has the speed to move outside. Love that versatility, it give the defense a lot of options. He will be a headache to offensive coordinators. Coaches like guys who tackle well. When the available talent fits what you need, there is reason to celebrate. They are getting a great talent who will serve them for many years.

Jim Nox: Ruby Simmonds - T
He plays well with others. He understands there is a reason for each assignment on every play. This kid loves the weight room, and has developed nice strength for being this early in his career. He blocks in the running game with great leverage and technique. He pass blocks with great leverage, balance and technique. They gotta be happy to get this guy. Such a talent and he fits their needs. I would imagine the war room is celebrating when they make this pick.

Pick 6: Miami Tropics
Larry Moore: Sebastian Blackwell - QB
Every team would benefit from his leadership. Here you have a kid who puts in the work to succeed. He plays well with others. He understands there is a reason for each assignment on every play. He trusts what he sees, and what he sees is mostly right. He has good throwing mechanics. He will get a great chance to earn the starting job. He fits what they are looking for. He is a solid player. Cannot go wrong here.

Jim Nox: Cassandra Vachon - WR
If you ask around, everyone will tell you, this kid is all about the team. Will hold onto the ball if he gets his hands on it. Pretty good straight line speed. Can run the deeper routes in the pros. Makes nice jumpcuts after the catch. Elusive enough to be dangerous on short and intermediate routes. Do not fret. You need him, fans love him. Surefire pick.

Pick 7: Downriver Waves
Larry Moore: Olivia Holland - DE
His college coaches talk highly of his work ethic. Definitely good strength for a Defensive End. Will shed blocks and occasionally bull rush smaller opponents. So fast. You could drop him into coverage if you wanted. If you miss your block on this guy, he will be in the face of the QB before he has even finished dropping back. A good tackler. Fans might not be on board with what can be framed as a need pick. But trust me once they see this kid play, they will be more than happy.

Jim Nox: Olivia Holland - DE
His college coaches talk highly of his work ethic. Not the strongest, but strong enough. Can maintain his leverage and shed blocks. Mightily fast on his first step. Could become a true sack machine. Scouts like how well he tackles. They need playmakers at this position. This is what they are getting here. Solid pick.

Pick 8: Las Vegas Bandits
Larry Moore: Damian Hampton - DT
Teammates look to him for leadership, and he consistently delivers. Raised to know the value of hard work. He plays well with others. He understands there is a reason for each assignment on every play. This guy is hard to move. In college, he would routinely just throw blockers on the ground on his way to the Quarterback. Not really a speed rusher. But still among the faster DTs. Enough explosiveness to get the the Quarterback, and that is all you need really. No nonsense tackler. They need him now. Well yesterday actually. They will love him tomorrow. They will revere him by the end of his career.

Jim Nox: Damian Hampton - DT
Need a leader? He is your guy. This kid is not afraid to work hard. He plays well with others. He understands there is a reason for each assignment on every play. His tape shows how strong he is. Flattening opponents with his bull rush. I do not see this changing even at the pro level. Good speed for a Defensive Tackle. He should get sacks. And you know who likes sacks? Everyone! Well, except offenses. A good tackler. They gotta be happy to get this guy. Such a talent and he fits their needs. I would imagine the war room is celebrating when they make this pick.

Pick 9: Austin Blues
Larry Moore: Alycia Hudson - DT
Raised to know the value of hard work. Respected for his good behavior on the field. Here is a young man who is legitimately explosive. Defensive Tackles with this much speed get drafted early. He has a well developed tackling technique. Coaches like that. Reacts instinctively to developments on the field. They need him now. Well yesterday actually. They will love him tomorrow. They will revere him by the end of his career.

Jim Nox: Alycia Hudson - DT
Due to his work ethic, this kid is very coachable. He is driven by the love of the sport. When he pins back his ears and goes for the passer he better be block. He has the speed to surprise Quarterbacks who look away for just a second. Pretty good tackling fundamentals. That is something coaches love. Very coachable. That is an important trait for a guy you want to draft this early. He addresses a need for them.
